NICOL DAVID RISING STARS 2026

All entries must be registered through affiliated state associations (SRAM Affiliates). The state association administrator is responsible for monitoring and submitting the entry form.

Payment entries have to be done ONLY directly to the state squash association then to be paid to NDO in a bulk payment. Please email NDO the list of the player entries and payment reference for their confirmation of participation.

Entry Procedure
i)All entries must be registered through affiliated state associations (SRAM Affiliates). The state association administrator is responsible for monitoring and submitting the entry form.
ii)All local players must register for MYSPIN to be eligible to participate in this competition.
iii)Entry fees for this competition as below
a.RM 120 per person (local) must be paid to each state association for consolidation, and then the state will pay to Nicol David Organisation Berhad.
b.US$ 100 per person (international) must be paid directly to Nicol David Organisation.

iv) All payment must be settled by or before the closing date (4th JUNE 2026)
V) NDO will NOT receive direct payments. All players need to register under their association, and the association is responsible for signing the players in. NDO will receive 1 payment by the association.
Vi) Association payment must be received 1 week after closing date to ensure 100% confirmation
Vii) State association administrator must e-mail the proof of payment (receipt) to mariana@nicoldavidorganisation.org and abas@nicoldavidorganisation.org. The list of registered players must be email to abas@nicoldavidorganisation.org and cc a copy to miethesh@nicoldavidorganisation.org .

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

1. The tournament is based on circuit format
2. 11 points - PAR (Point A Rally)
3. Best of five games format for:
A. all winning players in main draw & top 16
B. All other placing matches shall be a best of three games format.
4. Only the top 16 of each category will be playing on the final day (19th JULY). Placing 17 onwards will play until 18th JULY (Saturday).

WITHDRAWALS

For any withdrawals, state must notify Organizer by 12th June 2026

RULES & REGULATIONS
1.Referees will be provided during the tournament.
2. Participants must mark/referee matches when required.
3. Participants must wear shoes and the official sponsor’s T-Shirt during the prize giving ceremony. Players who are not properly attired will not receive their medals and prizes.
4. The WSF, ASF and SRAM championship regulations apply.
5. Participants and officials must arrive 15 minutes before the tournament starts for the briefing session.
6. Participants must ensure that they are on time for their matches.
7. SRAM wants all participants, officials, and spectators to ensure the cleanliness of the venue.
8. Players are not allowed to practice (hitting the ball on the wall) other than in the courts.
9. Players are required to wear full sports attire according to WSF & PSA regulations, three quarter pants not allowed, and only use non-marking shoes in court.
10. Only players of the Under 9 categories are allowed to use junior-sized racquets.

Withdrawals
I)The withdrawal deadline is 12th JUNE after the entries close. A player who appears on the entry list at any time after the withdrawal deadline is deemed to have been accepted and is committed to play the tournament.
II) Any withdrawal from a player that occurs after the withdrawal deadline will be considered a late withdrawal.
III) Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against late withdrawals unless the reason for the late withdrawal (e.g., medical issues, family emergency etc.) is approved by SRAM and the organizing party NDO.
IV) Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against players in the main draw who fail to appear for the tournament without prior notification. Appeals if any must be submitted in writing to SRAM.

Participation
1.NDO and SRAM will not be providing accommodation for participants and coaches.
2.State associations will be required to prepare for your own players & coaches’ accommodation and transportation.
3.Medals and in-kind prizes are given to the top 4 winners of each category: -
a.FIRST PLACING: RM300
b.SECOND PLACING: RM200
c.THIRD PLACING: RM100
d.FOURTH PLACING: RM50
4.Physical certificates will be given to the top 8 winners of each category.
5.E-certificates will be given for all participants.
