His core mission is to restructure, standardize, and streamline the club’s coaching ecosystem across all branches.
Bringing high-level management credibility to the role, Fakharuddin is tasked specifically with reinforcing and unifying the club's grassroots training systems. His commitment to establishing top-tier coaching standards is heavily backed by his official accreditation as an FAM Grassroots Coach Developer, alongside credentials from the FAM Grassroots Coaching Course. This distinct background grants the club a major advantage, ensuring that all coaches under his supervision perform strictly in alignment with Kerteh FC's new developmental blueprint.
Within the football industry, Fakharuddin boasts a stellar sport management portfolio with over 11 years of experience spanning grassroots development, player coaching, and league operations. He has been a pivotal figure behind the scenes of the prestigious Liga Suparimau, serving progressively as the Venue Manager for Pahang, the East Coast Manager overseeing operations across Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan, and eventually as a Regional Manager monitoring league management across multiple states.
This vast administrative and coordination expertise is paired with robust hands-on coaching experience, having previously served as a coach at FC Kuantan United, the AIA Score with Spurs Camp, and as the Head Coach of Pandan Damai Soccer Kids FC.
In this apex role, Fakharuddin will hold full responsibility for supervising the club's coaching staff and ensuring the uniform, precise, and dynamic execution of the Kerteh Training Method (KTM) syllabus at both the Ampang and Kerteh branches. His expertise in technical monitoring will become the club's primary engine to guarantee that every single training session meets elite quality standards for the long-term development of the players.
