Kerteh FC Expands Grassroots Programme with New KSS Ampang Branch

Kerteh FC announces the official opening of the Kerteh Soccer School (KSS) branch at Sayfol International School, Ampang, marking the club’s first grassroots expansion into the Klang Valley.

This initiative serves as a pilot project, fulfilling a long‑term plan first outlined when Kerteh Soccer School was established eight years ago. From its inception, KSS was designed with a broader vision to eventually expand into key urban areas as part of the club’s national development model.

KSS Ampang will also play a central role in Kerteh FC’s Talent Identification (Talent ID) agenda. Through this programme, the club aims to identify, nurture and develop young players who can be integrated into the club’s ecosystem, forming the foundation for a future first team built from homegrown talent.

To support this initiative, Kerteh FC is collaborating with RieraSports as a strategic partner, particularly in the development of training modules, operational standards and methodological alignment to ensure the programme reflects the club’s identity and long‑term direction.

The establishment of KSS Ampang reinforces Kerteh FC’s commitment to structured, professional and identity‑driven grassroots development consistent with the club’s vision of producing disciplined, educated and competitive players for the national stage.
