Muhammad Azim to Lead Kerteh U25 in the TFL FA Cup Development Campaign

Coach Profile: Muhammad Azim

As part of Kerteh FC’s preparation for the Terengganu Football League FA Cup, the Kerteh U25 squad will be led by Muhammad Azim bin Abdul Rahim, a coach with extensive experience in professional football and player development.

Azim previously served as a Performance Analyst with Perak FC and Terengganu FC in the Malaysian Super League, in addition to international exposure with the Malaysia U-19 national team during the AFF campaign in Vietnam. His development background includes roles with Terengganu III, the Terengganu SUKMA contingent and Malaysia’s youth squads at the SuperMokh Cup.

With an academic foundation in Applied Sports Science and strong proficiency in professional performance analysis tools, Azim brings a data‑driven and structured approach to training, with a clear focus on player progression.

This season, he will lead Kerteh U25 in the Terengganu Football League – FA Cup U25. The squad is built around emerging academy players supported by senior players who remain eligible within the age category, forming a development bridge that connects the academy to the senior level within the club’s pathway.
