How to use the affiliate marketing kit

Once you're an approved affiliate, AAU Club Manager provides a marketing kit — ready-to-share assets that carry your referral code automatically.

Access

Sidebar → Affiliates → Marketing Kit (/affiliate/dashboard/marketing-kit/)

Available assets

Flyer PDF

• Downloadable A4 flyer with your custom referral code + QR code
• Suitable for printing + physical distribution (schools, community boards)
• Auto-generated with your name / photo (if consented)

Social media images

• Square (1080×1080) — Instagram feed
• Landscape (1200×630) — Facebook + LinkedIn
• Portrait / Story (1080×1920) — Instagram / TikTok stories

All pre-branded with your referral code prominently displayed.

QR code

• Standalone QR SVG file — scannable → opens AAU Club Manager signup with your referral code pre-filled
• Print on business cards, add to your email signature, put on club noticeboards

Landing page banner

• 1920×400 banner image for your personal website / blog

Copy templates

Pre-written social media captions in EN + BM: - WhatsApp share message - Instagram caption with hashtags - Facebook post - Testimonial-style copy

Custom discount codes

Boost conversions by offering a discount only your referrals can use:

1. Marketing Kit → Codes → Create Code
2. Fill in: - Code — e.g. FATIMAH10 (must be unique platform-wide) - Discount — % or fixed amount - Max uses — cap total redemptions - Expiry date
3. Save — code is now valid; referrals entering it during signup get the discount, and you get commission

Toggle codes on/off from the same page.

Track effectiveness

• Marketing Kit → Analytics tab
• See performance per asset:
• Flyer downloads count
• QR code scans (unique / total)
• Social image downloads
• Which asset converted to signups
• Optimize by focusing on what works

Bulk sharing

• Share All Assets → generates a downloadable ZIP with every asset in a folder
• Perfect for uploading to your Google Drive or sending to a marketing team
