How the affiliate program works

Affiliates refer new clubs to the AAU Club Manager platform and earn commission on their subscriptions.

Sign up as an affiliate

1. Sidebar → Affiliates → Join Program
2. Fill in your details: - Full name, email, phone - Bank account (for payouts) - Referral method (social media / word of mouth / other)
3. Submit — platform admin reviews and approves
4. On approval, you get your unique referral code and link

Refer a club

• Share your link — parents / club owners who sign up through it are tagged as your referrals
• Or give them your referral code to enter during signup

Track referrals

• Sidebar → Affiliates → Dashboard
• See:
• Total referrals (signed up)
• Active referrals (subscribed and paid)
• Pending commissions
• Paid commissions

Get paid

• Commissions accumulate as your referred clubs pay their monthly AAU Club Manager subscription
• Payouts happen monthly (or when you cross a minimum threshold — check platform terms)
• Landed in the bank account you provided during signup

Withdraw

• Affiliates → Withdraw → request a payout (subject to platform payout schedule and minimums)

Cara program affiliate berfungsi

Referral kelab baru ke platform AAU Club Manager = komisen bulanan.

Daftar

1. Menu sisi → Affiliates → Join Program
2. Isi nama, email, phone, bank akaun, kaedah referral
3. Submit — admin approve → dapat kod referral

Refer

Kongsi link. Sesiapa daftar guna link/kod = referral anda.

Track

Affiliates → Dashboard — jumlah referral, aktif, komisen pending, komisen dibayar.

Bayar

Komisen dikira bulanan ikut subscription referral yang bayar.

Withdraw

Affiliates → Withdraw — request payout (ikut syarat platform).
