How to book a private session

Private sessions are pay-per-session bookings — 1-on-1 or small group coaching outside the regular category timetable.

Parent side (book)

1. Portal → My Children → open child → Book Private Session
2. Filter: - Coach — pick from available coaches - Date + time — see the coach's available slots - Branch / venue
3. Confirm slot → AAU Club Manager generates a private session invoice
4. Pay the invoice (online / bank transfer / cash) — booking is confirmed only after payment
5. Confirmation email + calendar invite

Admin side (offer slots)

1. Sidebar → Attendance → Private Sessions → Coach Availability
2. Pick a coach → set their private-session available slots (day, time, venue, fee)
3. Save — slots appear to parents when they book

Cancel a booking

• Parent: booking detail → Cancel — refund according to club's cancellation policy (e.g. 100% if >24h out, 50% if <24h)
• Coach / Admin: same page → Cancel — auto-refund the parent

Coach view

• Coach dashboard → My Bookings — upcoming private sessions
• Click into any booking to see the trainee + notes

Cara book sesi peribadi

Ibu bapa

1. Portal → My Children → Book Private Session
2. Filter coach, tarikh, masa, cawangan
3. Confirm slot → invois jana
4. Bayar untuk sahkan booking

Admin

1. Menu sisi → Attendance → Private Sessions → Coach Availability
2. Set slot masa untuk setiap jurulatih
3. Save

Batal

Ibu bapa atau admin: Cancel — refund ikut polisi (100% >24 jam, 50% <24 jam).
