How to choose your club's digital card design

Your club's members, parents, coaches and staff each have a digital card with your logo and a QR code that checks the card is valid. Manage the cards from Settings → Digital Cards (/cards/club/).

Choose the design

1. Open Settings → Digital Cards.
2. Scroll through the 15 card designs. Each preview uses your real logo, club name and website, with a sample cardholder.
3. Click the design you want, then Save card design. Every card at your club uses it straight away, including cards people downloaded before (when they download again).

If you have no logo yet, the cards show your club initials. Upload a logo in Club Profile (/clubs/<club_id>/edit/). The website address on the cards comes from your website settings. It is your verified custom domain if you have one, otherwise your club page link. If your website is not published, the address and the Visit Club Website button are hidden. You never type the address again.

See who has a card

The Who has a card table lists everyone who can hold one of your cards: club admin, coaches, staff, parents and guardians, trainees and members. Each row shows their card ID and the status their card shows right now. Filter by role or status, or search by name or card ID. View card opens that person's card, where you can download it for them.

Status comes from their membership. To suspend, remove or approve someone, use their page under People, for example Trainees (/trainees/). Their card changes automatically:

• approved and active → Active
• waiting for approval → Pending
• suspended → Suspended
• deactivated, or trial ended → Expired
• removed from the club, or application rejected → Revoked
• if your club becomes inactive, every card shows Expired

Lost or shared card

Open the person's card and click Replace card (revoke old QR). They get a new QR code. The old card, including printouts and screenshots, shows Revoked when scanned. Their membership does not change. This action is recorded in the audit log.

What someone sees when they scan the QR

A phone page that shows Valid or Invalid, the current status, the cardholder's name, role, card ID, your club's name and logo, and a Visit Club Website button. For trainees and members, the name is shortened to initials unless the guardian allowed the name to be shown publicly in the Privacy Centre. No phone number, address, IC number or login details are ever shown.

Cara memilih reka bentuk kad digital kelab anda

1. Buka Tetapan → Kad Digital (/cards/club/).
2. Pilih satu daripada 15 reka bentuk kad. Pratonton menggunakan logo, nama dan laman web kelab anda yang sebenar. Klik Simpan reka bentuk kad.
3. Jadual Siapa yang mempunyai kad menunjukkan status kad setiap orang. Status diambil daripada keahlian mereka. Untuk menggantung, mengeluarkan atau meluluskan seseorang, gunakan halaman mereka di bawah Orang, dan kad akan mengikut secara automatik.
4. Kad hilang? Buka kad orang itu dan klik Ganti kad (batalkan QR lama). Kad lama akan ditunjukkan sebagai Dibatalkan apabila diimbas.
5. Alamat laman web pada kad diambil daripada tetapan laman web anda. Jika laman web belum diterbitkan, alamat dan butang Lawati Laman Kelab disembunyikan.
