How coach ID verification works

Coaches upload their ID (MyKad / passport) so clubs can verify they're the person they claim to be. Especially important for coaches working with minors.

Coach uploads

1. Coach logs in → My Profile → ID Verification (or reminded on dashboard until done)
2. Upload IC front + back photos
3. Submit
4. Status = Uploaded – Awaiting Review

Admin reviews

1. Sidebar → Coaches → IC Verification (/ic-verification/)
2. See pending list — coach name + upload date + preview
3. Open a submission: - View front + back images at full resolution - Check name matches profile, IC number matches profile
4. Actions: - Approve — coach status becomes Verified; badge on their profile - Reject — enter reason (e.g. Photo blurry, Wrong document); coach is notified to re-upload - Reupload required — soft reject, request specific fix

Bulk actions

• Filter by status — select multiple pending → Bulk Approve (only when you're sure)
• Bulk Reject with same reason

Trainee IC verification

Same flow for trainees — parent uploads child's IC, admin approves at Trainees → IC Verification.

Where verified status shows

• Coach profile page (green tick badge)
• Public coaches list on landing page (if enabled)
• Coach dashboard header

Cara pengesahan IC jurulatih

Jurulatih upload

1. Log masuk → My Profile → ID Verification
2. Upload IC depan + belakang → Submit

Status: Uploaded – Awaiting Review

Admin review

1. Coaches → IC Verification
2. Buka submission → lihat imej penuh, semak nama + IC padan
3. Approve / Reject (dengan sebab) / Reupload required

Bulk

Filter → tanda → Bulk Approve / Bulk Reject.

Pelatih

Trainees → IC Verification — proses sama.

Status verified nampak

• Profile jurulatih (badge hijau)
• Senarai jurulatih publik
