How coaches record their own attendance

Coaches clock in and out of their sessions — used for payroll, no-show tracking, and audit.

Auto (default)

When you open a session's detail page and take attendance for trainees, AAU Club Manager records that you were present. Nothing extra needed.

Explicit clock-in

For clubs with strict payroll tracking:

1. Coach dashboard → Today's Sessions → session card → Clock In button
2. AAU Club Manager records timestamp + your GPS location (if geo enabled)
3. At end of session → Clock Out
4. Time between the two = your session duration on record

Geo check-in

If your club uses geo: - Approach the venue → tap Clock In - AAU Club Manager verifies you're within the venue radius (default 200m) - Same for Clock Out - Off-venue attempts are logged but not counted

View your history

• Sidebar → My Coach Attendance (/attendance/my-coach-attendance/)
• Full log with:
• Session date + time
• Clock in / out
• Duration
• Status (Present / Late / No Show)
• Notes

Missed a session

• Session detail → Submit Excuse (coach) → same flow as trainee excuses
• Status = Excused Absence — doesn't count against your no-show rate

Payroll export

Admin can export coach hours for payroll: - Sidebar → Coaches → Payroll → date range → Export CSV - Shows each coach's total hours + sessions + no-shows

Cara jurulatih rekod kehadiran sendiri

Auto

Buka page sesi + tanda pelatih = auto-rekod kehadiran jurulatih.

Clock in eksplisit

1. Dashboard → Today's Sessions → Clock In
2. Geo verify (jika enable)
3. Hujung sesi → Clock Out

Sejarah

Menu sisi → My Coach Attendance — log lengkap.

Terlepas

Session → Submit Excuse — status Excused Absence.

Payroll export

Admin: Coaches → Payroll → date range → Export CSV.
