How to configure club branding

Branding controls how your club appears to parents and on emails/invoices — logo, colors, name.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Club Settings → Branding
2. Configure: - Club name — official name that shows in invoices and emails - Short code — used in URLs (e.g. gatorsfc for /gatorsfc/); keep it short and lowercase - Logo — upload PNG with transparent background, at least 400×400 px - Primary color — hex code (e.g. #4f46e5); used for buttons and accents - Secondary color — hex code - Cover image — banner for parent portal + landing page (1200×400 recommended)
3. Save

Where branding appears

• Parent portal header (logo + primary color)
• Invoice PDFs (logo top-left, colors on accent lines)
• Receipt PDFs
• Certificate templates (if {{ club_logo }} tag is placed)
• Email templates (if enabled — see Configure notifications)
• Public landing page

Language

• Sidebar → Club Settings → Language — set default language (EN or BM) for parent-facing emails and portal
• Individual parents can override in their profile

Cara set branding kelab

1. Menu sisi → Club Settings → Branding
2. Isikan: - Club name - Short code — lowercase, singkat (cth. gatorsfc) - Logo — PNG transparent, minima 400×400 - Primary color — hex (cth. #4f46e5) - Secondary color - Cover image — banner 1200×400
3. Save

Muncul di: parent portal header, PDF invois, PDF resit, template sijil, template email, landing page publik.
