How to configure club terms & policies

Every parent must accept your club's terms during enrollment. You define the terms text — it can be sport-specific safety rules, code of conduct, refund policy, etc.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Club Settings → Terms & Policies
2. Click Add Term
3. Fill in: - Title — e.g. Code of Conduct, Refund Policy, Injury Waiver - Body — full text; supports rich formatting - Required — if on, parents can't complete enrollment without accepting - Language — EN, BM, or both (parents see whichever matches their language preference)
4. Save

Reorder

• Drag the term rows to change display order — the sequence parents see during enrollment.

Edit / delete

• Open a term → Edit or Delete
• Warning: deleting a term after parents have accepted removes the acceptance history — better to edit or mark inactive.

Version tracking

• Every edit creates a new version; AAU Club Manager tracks which version each parent accepted
• Force re-acceptance: after saving major changes, click Require re-acceptance — next login, affected parents must re-accept before continuing

Language

If you support BM + EN: - Add two versions of each term (one per language) - Group them under the same "policy" so re-acceptance and versioning stay in sync

Cara set terma & polisi kelab

1. Menu sisi → Club Settings → Terms & Policies
2. Add Term — Title, Body, Required, Language
3. Save

Reorder

Drag baris untuk susun.

Edit / Delete

Buka term → Edit atau Delete. Elakkan delete — history rosak.

Versi

Setiap edit = versi baru. Paksa re-accept: Require re-acceptance — parent kena terima semula log masuk seterusnya.
