How to configure notifications

AAU Club Manager sends automatic emails (and optionally WhatsApp) for account events. You choose which events fire and to whom.

Configure

1. Sidebar → Club Settings → Notifications
2. For each event, toggle Email, WhatsApp, or both: - Trainee enrolled / removed - Invoice generated / paid / overdue - Attendance marked present / absent - Session cancelled / rescheduled - Assessment published - Tournament registration / result - Certificate issued
3. Save

Custom email templates

1. Club Settings → Notifications → Templates
2. Pick an event → Edit Template
3. Change subject / body — use variables: - {{ trainee_name }}, {{ parent_name }}, {{ invoice_number }}, {{ amount }}, {{ due_date }}, {{ club_name }}, {{ session_date }}, etc.
4. Preview with sample data → Save

Parent-side preferences

Individual parents can toggle their own notification preferences in My Account → Notification Preferences: - Muting a category (e.g. attendance emails) — silences that channel for them but the club-wide toggle still applies to everyone else

Notification center

Every notification also lives in-app: - Sidebar → Notifications (bell icon) - Unread badge on the icon - Bulk mark-read / delete

Cara set notifikasi

1. Menu sisi → Club Settings → Notifications
2. Setiap event, toggle Email / WhatsApp
3. Save

Custom template

• Notifications → Templates → edit subject + body dengan variables
• {{ trainee_name }}, {{ parent_name }}, {{ invoice_number }}, {{ amount }}, dll.

Ibu bapa

Boleh mute kategori dalam My Account → Notification Preferences.

Notification center

Menu sisi → Notifications (icon loceng) — semua notifikasi disimpan dalam app.
