How to configure WhatsApp integration

AAU Club Manager displays a WhatsApp float button on parent-facing pages, letting parents contact you (and optionally the platform) in one tap.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Club Settings → WhatsApp
2. Configure: - Enable WhatsApp float — toggle on - Phone number — with country code, no + (e.g. 60123456789) - Default message — pre-filled text when parents tap the button, e.g. Hi, I have a question about my child's account.
3. Save

The green WhatsApp bubble now appears bottom-right on parent-facing pages.

Platform-level fallback

There's also a superadmin-level WhatsApp target. When both are set, the bubble expands into a menu with two options: your club + platform support.

Auto-notifications via WhatsApp

WhatsApp reminder messages (invoice reminders, session reminders) require a separate integration:

1. Sidebar → Club Settings → Notifications → toggle WhatsApp notifications
2. Choose your provider — WATI, Whapi, or another vendor supported by your plan
3. Enter API credentials
4. Test — send a test message to your own number
5. Save

Once enabled, WhatsApp goes out alongside email for these events: - Invoice created - Payment reminder - Attendance marked - Session reminder / cancellation

Disable

• Club Settings → WhatsApp → Enable — toggle off, save. Bubble disappears; scheduled messages stop.

Cara set integrasi WhatsApp

Butang float

1. Menu sisi → Club Settings → WhatsApp
2. Toggle Enable WhatsApp float on
3. Isikan phone (dengan kod negara, tanpa +, cth. 60123456789)
4. Default message — text pre-fill
5. Save

Notifikasi auto

1. Club Settings → Notifications → toggle WhatsApp notifications
2. Pilih provider (WATI, Whapi, atau lain-lain)
3. Isikan API credentials → Test → Save

Notifikasi auto untuk: invois baru, peringatan bayar, kehadiran, sesi.

Matikan: toggle off dalam WhatsApp settings.
