How to create a branch (venue / location)

Branches are physical training locations. A club can have one main venue or many across a city / country.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Branches (/branches/) → Create Branch
2. Fill in: - Name — e.g. KL Main, Puchong Branch, Field 3 - Address — free text - City / state / country - GPS coordinates — used for geo check-in (optional but recommended if enabled) - Geo-radius — how close (in meters) trainees must be to check in. Default 200m. - Contact phone / email — optional
3. Save.

Assign coaches

• Branch detail → Coaches tab → Assign Coach — pick from your club's coaches.
• A coach can be assigned to multiple branches.

Assign trainees

• Branch detail → Trainees tab → Assign Trainees — pick trainees who train at this branch.
• This is separate from category assignment — a trainee can be in U10 category but train at Puchong Branch.

Deactivate

• Branch detail → Deactivate — sessions can't be created for it. Existing sessions stay for history.

Cara buat cawangan

1. Menu sisi → Branches → Create Branch
2. Isikan Name, Address, City, GPS, Geo-radius, Contact
3. Save

Assign

• Coaches tab → Assign Coach
• Trainees tab → Assign Trainees

Deactivate

• Buka cawangan → Deactivate — sesi lama kekal
