How to configure custom tournament data exports

Federations, sports associations, and event organizers often require tournament data in specific formats. AAU Club Manager supports custom export configurations you save once and reuse.

Access

• Tournament detail → Export → Configure Custom Export

Create a config

1. Click New Export Config
2. Fill in: - Name — e.g. FAM Player Roster Format, MSSPP Result Sheet - File format — CSV / Excel / JSON - Columns — pick from available fields:
   • Participant name, IC, DOB, gender, category
   • Registration date, status, fee paid
   • Result, position, points
   • Match history
   • Awards
   • Column order — drag to arrange
   • Column headers — rename to match federation format (e.g. NAMA PENUH instead of Full Name)
   • Filter rows — only include certain statuses (e.g. only Registered participants)
3. Save Config

Reuse for future tournaments

Saved configs appear in every tournament's Export dropdown → no need to re-configure.

Run export

1. Tournament detail → Export → pick your saved config
2. Generate — download starts immediately
3. Files named: <config-name>-<tournament>-<date>.<ext>

Share configs across clubs (SuperAdmin)

For federations spanning multiple clubs on AAU Club Manager: - SuperAdmin can publish an export config as Platform-wide - Every club sees it in their tournament export dropdown - Ensures consistent submission formats across all clubs

Edit / delete

• Export → Configure Custom Export → Edit / Delete
• Editing a config doesn't retroactively change files already exported

Test with a sample

• Config editor → Test Export — generates a 5-row preview using current tournament data
• Helps catch column naming issues before running the full export

Kejohanan → Export → Configure Custom Export → New Export Config: - Nama (cth. FAM Player Roster) - Format (CSV/Excel/JSON) - Kolum: pilih dari nama, IC, DOB, kategori, result, dll. - Susun kolum - Rename header (cth. NAMA PENUH) - Filter row (cth. Registered sahaja) - Save

Reuse

Config wujud dalam setiap kejohanan.

Run

Export → pilih config → Generate → download.

Share platform-wide

SuperAdmin publish config = semua kelab guna.
