Every page in AAU Club Manager uses the same layout, so buttons are always in the same place on a phone, tablet or laptop.

Role badge on your dashboard

The welcome card at the top of your dashboard (/dashboard/) shows your role as a coloured badge: Club Admin, Coach, Staff, Parent, Trainee, Member or Super Admin. Staff see it at the top of their Sessions page, which is their main page.
The badge follows the club you are in. If you have a different role in another club, switch club and the badge changes too.
Trainees and members (and anyone who also trains at the club) also see their member ID and a coloured membership status next to the badge: Active, Pending, Suspended or Expired. It is the same status your digital card shows. If the club suspends cards for overdue fees, pay the overdue invoice and the status goes back to Active.
If the role looks wrong, ask your club admin. Only the club admin can change a person's role.

Each page starts with a coloured header (the "hero") with the page name and its buttons.
The main action, for example Add Trainee, Create Invoice or New Session, is the solid button and always comes last. Other buttons are outlined.
On a phone the buttons sit in a neat two-column grid under the page name, with the main action full width at the bottom. On a laptop they are all the same size in one row.
The Notifications page (/notifications/) works the same way: Mark All Read and Clear Read are in its header (the header no longer gets squashed on a phone), and the All, Unread and Read tabs filter the list.
Wide tables scroll sideways inside their own box, so the page itself stays inside the phone screen. Row buttons (view, edit, delete) are small icon buttons at the end of each row.

Billing → Invoices shows four large tiles under the header: Total, Paid, Pending and Overdue. Tap a tile to show only those invoices.
Billing → Payments shows Total, Verified, Pending and Failed the same way.
On Invoices, tick invoices to bring up the bar at the bottom with Send and Delete. It stays hidden until something is ticked.

The only floating button is Abang Sukan AI (the chat mascot). Forms such as New Session and New Tournament no longer have a floating Save or Cancel bar: scroll to the end of the form and press its Save (or Create) button.
On an invoice, the Print button is under the invoice, not floating.

Semua pengguna

Kad selamat datang di papan pemuka (/dashboard/) menunjukkan peranan anda sebagai lencana berwarna: Club Admin, Coach, Staff, Parent, Trainee, Member atau Super Admin. Staf melihatnya di atas halaman Sessions.
Lencana mengikut kelab yang anda buka. Tukar kelab dan lencana turut bertukar.
Pelatih dan ahli juga melihat ID ahli dan status keahlian berwarna: Active, Pending, Suspended atau Expired, sama seperti kad digital. Jika kad digantung kerana yuran tertunggak, bayar invois itu dan status kembali Active.
Jika peranan salah, hubungi admin kelab. Hanya admin kelab boleh menukar peranan.

Setiap halaman bermula dengan tajuk berwarna bersama butangnya. Butang utama (contohnya Add Trainee, Create Invoice) berwarna penuh dan sentiasa di hujung.
Di telefon, butang disusun dalam dua lajur dengan butang utama selebar skrin di bawah. Di komputer riba, semua butang sama saiz dalam satu baris.
Halaman Notifications (/notifications/) juga begitu: Mark All Read dan Clear Read berada di tajuk, dan tab All, Unread dan Read menapis senarai.
Jadual lebar boleh ditatal ke tepi dalam kotaknya sendiri, jadi halaman tidak terkeluar dari skrin telefon.
