How to export assessment reports

Export a single trainee's report

  1. Sidebar → Assessments → Reports → search for trainee
  2. Open their report → Download PDF — printable report with all cycles, scores, coach comments, trend chart

Same PDF parents get, minus admin-only annotations.

Export a whole cycle to Excel

  1. Sidebar → Assessments → Cycles → open cycle
  2. Export CSV or Export Excel (top right)
  3. Downloaded file contains: - One row per trainee - Columns: name, category, group, each criterion's score, overall average, coach, coach comment
  4. Open in Excel / Sheets for further analysis

Bulk export multiple cycles

For end-of-year or annual reports: 1. Sidebar → Assessments → Analytics → Annual Report 2. Pick date range (e.g. Jan–Dec 2026) 3. Optional filters (category, coach) 4. Export — Excel workbook with one sheet per cycle + a summary sheet

Export all trainees' PDF reports

For distributing hard copies at end-of-term: 1. Cycle detail → Bulk PDF Export 2. Optional filter (category / group) 3. Generate — AAU Club Manager creates one PDF per trainee, zips them, and emails you the download link when ready (large jobs may take 5–10 min)

Report contents

Every assessment PDF includes: - Trainee's name + photo + category - Cycle name + date - Table of criteria with scores + max - Overall score + grade - Coach's overall comment - Per-criterion coach comments - Trend chart vs previous cycles (if same template) - Club logo + admin signature

Cara export report penilaian

Satu pelatih

Assessments → Reports → cari pelatih → Download PDF.

Satu cycle ke Excel

Cycles → open cycle → Export CSV / Excel.

Fail ada: satu baris per pelatih, kolum skor setiap kriteria, purata, coach comment.

Banyak cycle

Analytics → Annual Report → date range → filter → Export — Excel dengan satu sheet per cycle + summary.

Bulk PDF

Cycle → Bulk PDF Export → filter → Generate — AAU Club Manager jana + zip + email link.

Isi PDF

Foto pelatih, kategori, cycle name, jadual kriteria + skor, purata + gred, komen coach, trend chart, logo + signature.
