How to generate certificates

Once you have a published template, you can generate certificates in bulk or one at a time.

Attendance certificates

For trainees with a certain attendance rate:

1. Sidebar → Certificates → Generate → Attendance (/certificates/generate/attendance/)
2. Pick: - Template - Date range (e.g. Jan–Jun 2026) - Minimum attendance % (e.g. 90%) - Categories (optional filter)
3. AAU Club Manager shows a preview list — who qualifies
4. Generate — AAU Club Manager creates a certificate PDF per trainee and emails parents.

Recognition certificates

For non-attendance awards (best sportsmanship, coach's choice, etc.):

1. Sidebar → Certificates → Generate → Recognition
2. Pick template + trainees + award title
3. Generate — same output as above

Manual assignment

For one-offs, e.g. tournament MVPs:

1. Sidebar → Certificates → Generate → Assign
2. Pick template → pick trainee(s) → optional custom text
3. Assign — certificates issued

Parent view

• Parents get an email with a link to view/download the certificate PDF
• Also appears on the trainee's profile → Certificates section
• Downloadable any time

Cara jana sijil

Kehadiran

1. Certificates → Generate → Attendance
2. Pilih template, date range, min % kehadiran, kategori
3. Preview → Generate

Recognition

1. Certificates → Generate → Recognition
2. Pilih template, pelatih, tajuk anugerah

Manual (one-off)

1. Certificates → Generate → Assign
2. Pilih template + pelatih
