How landing page language toggle works
All roles + Public · Bahasa Melayu below
Visitors can view your landing page in English or Bahasa Melayu (or more languages if your club supports them).
Language switcher
- Visible top-right of every landing page as a globe icon 🌐
- Click → dropdown of available languages
- Selection persists in a cookie for future visits
Auto-detection
New visitors: - AAU Club Manager detects browser language → shows matching version if available - AAU Club Manager also uses IP geolocation as a hint (Malaysia IP → default BM) - Configure priority in Club Settings → Language
Configure available languages
- Sidebar → Club Settings → Language
- Toggle which languages your club supports: - English (default) - Bahasa Melayu - Simplified Chinese (if audience needs) - Tamil (if audience needs)
- Save
Translate landing page content
For each landing section (Hero, Benefits, About, etc.): 1. Section edit → Translations tab 2. Enter EN + BM versions of text 3. Save
Untranslated sections fall back to the default language.
Auto-translate
For small clubs without full translation resources: - Section edit → Auto-translate — AAU Club Manager uses Google Translate to draft a translation - Review + edit before saving; auto-translate is usually 80% accurate
Language-based content
Some sections can be language-specific: - Show a WhatsApp CTA button only for BM users (assuming your admin only supports BM) - Show English-only news updates for international parents
Per-section toggle: Show only for language.
Coach + trainee auto-language
When a user logs in: - Their language preference (set in profile) overrides the landing default - All emails, notifications, invoices generated in their preferred language
Parents can change their preference: - Portal → My Profile → Language Preference → save
Cara toggle bahasa landing page
Switcher
Icon 🌐 kanan atas. Klik → dropdown bahasa. Persist dalam cookie.
Auto-detect

Section → Show only for language — cth. CTA WhatsApp untuk BM sahaja.
Auto-language selepas login
Preferensi user override landing default. Semua email + invois dalam bahasa pilihan.
