How to log in with a magic link

Magic link login is a passwordless option. You get a one-time email link, click it, and you're logged in.

When it's useful

• You forgot your password and don't want to reset it
• You signed up via a club link and never set a password
• You want to log in quickly from a new device without typing

Steps

1. Log in page → click Send me a magic link
2. Enter your email → Send
3. Check inbox for Your magic link - AAU Club Manager
4. Click the link — you're logged in immediately
5. Session lasts as long as a normal login (7 days by default)

Set a password afterwards

After first magic link login:

1. Sidebar → My Profile → Set Password
2. Enter + confirm password → Save
3. Next time you can log in with email + password (magic link still works too)

Common issues

• Link expired — magic links last 30 minutes. Request a new one.
• Link already used — one-time only; request a new one.
• Didn't get the email — check spam. Wait 1–2 minutes. Some corporate email filters delay it.

Google OAuth users

If you signed up via Google, you don't need magic links — just click Continue with Google on the log in page.

Log masuk tanpa password — link email, klik, masuk.

• Lupa password
• Daftar via link kelab, tak set password
• Nak cepat dari peranti baru

Langkah

1. Log masuk page → Send me a magic link
2. Masukkan email → Send
3. Semak inbox Your magic link
4. Klik link — log masuk terus

Set password kemudian

My Profile → Set Password → masuk + confirm → Save.

Masalah

• Link expired (30 minit) — hantar semula
• Sudah guna (one-time) — hantar semula
• Tak sampai — check spam

Google OAuth

Guna Continue with Google — tak perlu magic link.
