How to manage tournament groups

Groups let you split participants into pools/teams (e.g. Group A, Group B, Team Red, Team Blue) — useful for round-robins or team-based tournaments.

Create a group

1. Sidebar → Tournaments → open the tournament → Groups tab
2. Click Create Group
3. Fill in: - Name — Group A, Team Red, etc. - Colour — optional, used in brackets/reports
4. Save

Assign participants to groups

Two ways:

• Individual: participants list → tick a row → set Group in the dropdown → save.
• Bulk: participants list → tick multiple → Bulk Assign Group → pick group.

Auto-balance

If you have equal-size groups (say 4 groups of 6) — click Auto-balance on the Groups tab. AAU Club Manager distributes participants evenly, respecting seeding if set.

Delete a group

• Groups tab → click 🗑️ → participants are moved back to "Unassigned" (not deleted).

Cara urus kumpulan kejohanan

1. Tournaments → buka → Groups tab
2. Create Group — Name, Colour
3. Assign peserta secara individu atau bulk

Auto-balance untuk agih rata.

Padam group: peserta jadi "Unassigned" (tidak dipadam).
