How to view and download your digital card

Every member of a club has a digital card: trainees, members, parents and guardians, coaches, staff and club admins. Open it from the sidebar under Account → My Digital Card (/cards/).

What the card shows

• Your club's logo and name. Tap them to open the club website, if the club has published one.
• Your name, your role (for example Trainee, Coach or Parent / Guardian) and your card ID. Trainees and members use their club member number, for example PBA-0012.
• A status badge: Active, Pending, Suspended, Expired or Revoked.
• One QR code. Scanning it opens a page that checks the card right now.
• The club website address, when the club has a website.

If you have more than one card

You get a card for each club and role you have. A coach at two clubs has two coach cards. A parent who also trains has a member card and a guardian card. Pick the card you want from Choose a card at the top of the page.

Parents and guardians: your children's cards are listed under My children's cards. A child's card is a Trainee Card (or Member Card) and belongs to the child. Your own card is a Guardian Card. You see your children's cards only if you are their primary parent or an accepted co-guardian on the family.

Download or print

• Download PNG saves a high-resolution picture for your phone's gallery or wallet.
• Download PDF (print) gives an A4 page with the card at real card size (85.6 × 54 mm) with crop marks, plus a larger copy. Print at actual size, not "fit to page".

The status printed on a downloaded card is a snapshot of the day you saved it. The QR code always shows the live status. If a card is later suspended or revoked, anyone who scans an old screenshot or printout sees that straight away.

What the statuses mean

• Active — the card is valid.
• Pending — the club has not approved you yet.
• Suspended — the club has suspended your membership.
• Expired — your membership is not active right now (deactivated, or a trial that has ended), or the club itself is no longer active.
• Revoked — you have left or been removed from the club, or the card was replaced by a newer one.

To fix a status, contact your club admin. The card follows your membership automatically.

Affiliates and superadmins get a platform credential instead. It says on the card that it is not issued by a club.

Cara melihat dan memuat turun kad digital anda

1. Buka Akaun → Kad Digital Saya (/cards/) di bar sisi.
2. Jika anda mempunyai lebih daripada satu kad (beberapa kelab atau peranan), pilih kad di Pilih kad. Ibu bapa dan penjaga boleh melihat kad anak di bawah Kad anak saya.
3. Klik Muat Turun PNG untuk gambar beresolusi tinggi, atau Muat Turun PDF (cetak) untuk mencetak pada saiz kad sebenar (85.6 × 54 mm). Cetak pada saiz sebenar, bukan "muat ke halaman".
4. Status pada kad yang dimuat turun hanyalah gambaran pada hari itu. Kod QR sentiasa menunjukkan status terkini: Aktif, Menunggu, Digantung, Tamat Tempoh atau Dibatalkan.
