Full glossary of every automatic notification AAU Club Manager sends — what it means, when it fires, and how to configure it.

Billing

Priority behavior

High — always sends immediately, respects quiet hours only for parents (admin/coach always get high-priority)
Normal — respects quiet hours; batched if you get several within 5 minutes
Low — batched into a daily digest option (if you enable digest mode)

Digest mode

For low-volume users: - My Profile → Notification Preferences → Digest Mode → toggle on - AAU Club Manager batches Normal + Low priority notifications into one daily email (delivered morning) - High-priority still sends immediately

Attendance

Assessment

Cycle mula, reminder, deadline extended, results published, coach comment

Tournament

Kejohanan baru, daftar buka/tutup, confirm, match schedule/reminder, result, award

Akaun

Password tukar, login peranti baru, verify email, profile update, consent, role changed, suspended

Admin

System

Priority

High — segera, respect quiet hours (parent sahaja)
Normal — respect quiet hours, batch dalam 5 minit
Low — batch dalam digest harian (jika enable)

Notification Preferences → Digest Mode — batch Normal + Low ke satu email pagi.
