How parents book a replacement session

If your child misses a session, you may be able to book a replacement (make-up) session — depending on the club's replacement policy.

Steps

1. Parent portal → My Children → open child
2. Under Attendance → find the missed session → click Book Replacement
3. AAU Club Manager shows available sessions the child could attend as a replacement: - Same category, upcoming dates - Only sessions with spare capacity
4. Pick a date → Confirm
5. Replacement is booked. Your child appears on that session's roster; original session is marked "Replaced".

Rules (set by club admin)

Every club sets their own replacement rules: - How many replacements per month — often 1 or 2 max - How far in advance to book (e.g. 7 days after original miss) - Same-category only — usually yes; some clubs allow cross-category - Excused only — some clubs only allow replacements for approved excuses

Check with your club admin if you're unsure.

Cancel a replacement

• Same page → Cancel Replacement — session is un-booked; if there's still time, you might be able to rebook another.

2. Attendance → sesi yang tercicir → Book Replacement
3. Pilih sesi yang ada slot → Confirm

Batal: Cancel Replacement.
