How parents view their child's assessment report

When the club publishes an assessment cycle, you'll get an email with a link. You can also view reports any time from the portal.
Where to find it
- Portal → My Children → open child
- Scroll to Assessments section
- See a list of all published assessment cycles
- Click a cycle to see the full report
What's in the report
- Per-criteria scores — with the scale shown (e.g. 1–5, A–E)
- Coach's overall comment — narrative feedback
- Trend chart — how your child scored vs previous cycles using the same template. Rising = improving.
- Category average — how your child compares to the group median (anonymised)
- Coach's per-criteria comments — if the coach added specific notes
Download / print
- Click Download PDF at the top of the report — printable version to keep or share.
Discuss with coach
- If you have questions about a score, message the coach:
- Coach's contact is on the club's Coaches page (or WhatsApp float if enabled)
