How the public club directory works

Parents looking for a club can browse the public directory of clubs on AAU Club Manager — filtered by sport, location, age group.

Access

• URL: aauclubmanager.com/welcome/clubs/public/
• Or from any landing page footer → Browse Clubs

What visitors see

For each listed club: - Club logo + name - Sport / discipline - City / state - Number of active members - Featured badges (Verified, Federation-affiliated, Top-rated) - Visit Club Page button → their landing page

Filter

• Sport — Football, Basketball, Swimming, Gymnastics, etc.
• Location — country → state → city
• Age group — Youth / Teen / Adult / All ages
• Recruiting — clubs actively accepting new members

Search

Free-text search across club names, cities, and sport names.

Get your club listed

Automatic for clubs that: - Have a published landing page - Have at least 1 active member - Have Show in public directory toggled on

Configure in Club Settings → Public Directory: - Show club on/off - Directory description — 2-3 sentence pitch shown on directory cards - Directory image — override the default (usually a training photo) - Featured badges — earned automatically (Verified after ID review, Top-rated after 4.5★+ average)

Ratings / reviews

Prospective parents can rate clubs after visiting: - 5-star rating - Optional review text - Displayed on the club's directory listing + landing page

Toggle Show ratings on landing in Club Settings → Reviews.

Remove from directory

• Club Settings → Public Directory → toggle Show club off
• Club continues to function; just doesn't appear in the public directory

SEO

Directory listings are search-engine indexable — helps clubs get discovered via Google.

• Each club's public landing page has SEO metadata (title, description, OG image)
• Configure per club: Club Settings → SEO
• Sitemap auto-updated when clubs join / leave the directory

Logo, nama, sukan, lokasi, jumlah ahli, badges, Visit Club Page.

Sukan, lokasi, kumpulan umur, recruiting.

Free-text nama kelab / bandar / sukan.

Ratings

Prospective parent boleh beri 5-star + review. Toggle Show ratings on landing.

Buang

Public Directory → Show club off — kelab masih function, hilang dari directory.

SEO

Directory indexable Google. Config: Club Settings → SEO. Sitemap auto-update.
