How to publish assessment results

Publishing sends results to parents (email + notification) and unlocks the assessment report in parent portals.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Assessments → Cycles
2. Open the cycle → check the Completion stats: how many trainees are fully scored, how many still pending
3. Optional: chase coaches for pending scores before publishing
4. Click Publish
5. Confirm — AAU Club Manager sends emails to all affected parents

What parents see after publish

• Notification in the app
• Email with a link to the child's report page
• Per-criteria breakdown with scores
• Coach's overall comment
• Trend chart vs previous cycles (if same template was used before)

Publish partial

You can publish while some trainees are still un-scored — those will show as "Pending" on the report and can be scored later. Publish only when you're sure the majority is complete.

Unpublish

Made a mistake? Cycle detail → Unpublish — results disappear from parent view, notifications retracted where possible.

Cara publish keputusan penilaian

1. Menu sisi → Assessments → Cycles
2. Buka cycle → check completion stats
3. Klik Publish
4. Ibu bapa dapat email + notifikasi dengan link ke report

Boleh publish separa — pelatih belum diskor akan tunjuk "Pending".

Buka semula: Unpublish — result hilang dari parent view.
