How to publish club news

News posts appear on your public landing page and in the parent portal — great for announcements, tournament recaps, upcoming events.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Landing → News → Create News Post
2. Fill in: - Title - Summary — 1–2 sentence teaser shown in listings - Body — full post; supports rich text, images, embedded video - Cover image — thumbnail for listings (1200×630 recommended) - Category — Tournament / Training / General / etc. - Featured — check to pin to the top of listings - Publish date — schedule for future publishing (optional)
3. Save Draft to come back later, or Publish to make live

Where it appears

• Landing page News section (public)
• Parent portal → News tab
• Club home widget (if enabled)

Notify parents

Optional email blast on publish: - News editor → toggle Notify parents by email → post triggers email to all active families

Edit / unpublish

• News list → open a post → Edit or Unpublish
• Unpublished posts stay drafts; can be republished later

Cara publish berita kelab

1. Menu sisi → Landing → News → Create News Post
2. Isikan Title, Summary, Body, Cover image, Category, Featured, Publish date
3. Save Draft atau Publish

Muncul di landing page + parent portal.

Optional: toggle Notify parents by email untuk hantar blast email.
