How to record tournament results

Record scores, awards, and rankings so parents and coaches can see outcomes.

During the tournament

1. Sidebar → Tournaments → open tournament → Matches tab
2. Click into a match → enter: - Scores per side - Goals / points scored by which trainee (for team sports) - Result: Win / Loss / Draw
3. Save

Scores flow into the tournament report + each trainee's profile (Goals column, etc.).

Award trainees

For individual recognition (Best Player, MVP, etc.):

1. Tournament detail → Awards tab → Add Award
2. Pick trainee(s) + award name + description
3. Save

Awards appear on the trainee's profile page (under Tournaments), and on parent portals.

Free-text scorers

If you don't have a match-by-match breakdown but know overall goal scorers:

• Tournament detail → Top Scorers tab → Add Scorer → pick trainee + total goals → save.

Free-text goal scorers appear in the Top Scorers report even without match data.

Complete the tournament

• Update Status → Completed
• Optional: send a summary email to all parents from the tournament detail page

Cara rekod keputusan kejohanan

1. Tournaments → buka → Matches tab → klik match → masukkan skor + goal scorers
2. Awards tab → tambah anugerah untuk pelatih
3. Top Scorers tab — masukkan pengeluar gol tanpa data per-match

Tanda selesai: Update Status → Completed
