How to reset a forgotten password

Steps

1. Log in page → click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email → Send Reset Link
3. Check inbox for Reset your password - AAU Club Manager
4. Click the reset link (valid for 24 hours)
5. Enter a new password (min 8 characters) → confirm → Save
6. You're logged in with the new password

Didn't get the email?

• Check Spam / Junk
• Make sure you typed the exact email you signed up with
• Wait 1–2 minutes and check again
• Try Forgot password? again — a new link fires

Change password while logged in

If you remember your current password but want to change it:

1. Sidebar → My Profile → Change Password
2. Enter current password → new password (twice) → Save

Magic link login (alternative)

If you never set a password (e.g. registered via a link), you can log in without a password:

1. Log in page → Send me a magic link
2. Enter email
3. Check inbox → click the link → you're logged in
4. Set a permanent password from My Profile afterwards

Common issues

• "Reset link expired" — links last 24 hours; request a new one.
• "Account not found" — the email isn't in AAU Club Manager. You may have signed up with a different email, or your Gmail via Google OAuth (no password in that case — use Continue with Google instead).

Cara reset password terlupa

1. Laman log masuk → klik Forgot password?
2. Masukkan email → Send Reset Link
3. Semak inbox untuk Reset your password
4. Klik link (valid 24 jam)
5. Masukkan password baru (min 8 aksara) → confirm → Save

Tak dapat email?

• Check spam
• Pastikan email betul
• Hantar semula

Tukar password (dah log masuk)

My Profile → Change Password → current + new → Save

Magic link (tak ingat password langsung)

Log masuk page → Send me a magic link → check inbox → klik.

Masalah

• Link expired → request semula
• Account not found → email salah, atau anda daftar via Google — guna Continue with Google
