How to check trainees in by scanning their digital card

Every trainee and member has a digital card with a QR code (Account → My Digital Card). At the session, you can scan that card to mark them present. No list to scroll through.

Scan cards

1. Open the session (Attendance → Sessions, then the session).
2. Tap Scan cards. The button is also on the Mark Attendance page.
3. Tap Start scanning and allow the camera. In the Android app, the phone's scanner opens; tap Scan next card for each person.
4. Point the camera at the QR code on the trainee's card, on their phone or printed. A green box shows their name and the time. The present count goes up, and the name is added to Checked in by card.

No camera, or the QR will not read? Type the member ID printed on the card (for example AAUCM-012) in the box under the camera and tap Check in.

What gets checked

• Only trainee and member cards check in here. A parent's or coach's card is refused.
• The card must be from your club and Active. A card that is suspended, pending, expired or replaced is refused, with the reason.
• The trainee must be in one of the session's categories, or have a replacement booked for it. For a walk-in, add them from the session page.
• Scanning someone who is already checked in does not change anything. If the session has sign-out turned on and the sign-out window is open, the second scan signs them out.

The attendance record shows a card icon, so you can see who checked in by card.

Cara daftar masuk pelatih dengan mengimbas kad digital

1. Buka sesi (Kehadiran → Sesi, kemudian pilih sesi).
2. Tekan Imbas kad. Butang ini juga ada di halaman Tandakan Kehadiran.
3. Tekan Mula imbas dan benarkan kamera. Dalam aplikasi Android, pengimbas telefon akan dibuka; tekan Imbas kad seterusnya untuk setiap orang.
4. Halakan kamera ke kod QR pada kad pelatih. Kotak hijau menunjukkan nama dan masa, dan pelatih terus ditanda hadir.
5. Kamera tidak berfungsi? Taip ID ahli pada kad di bawah kamera dan tekan Daftar masuk.

Hanya kad pelatih dan ahli yang Aktif daripada kelab anda diterima, dan pelatih mesti berada dalam kategori sesi itu atau ada tempahan sesi gantian.
