How to send reminders to coaches with pending scores

Chase coaches who haven't submitted their assessments before the cycle deadline.

Steps

1. Sidebar → Assessments → Cycles → open the cycle
2. Completion tab — see per-coach progress
3. Filter coaches with Pending > 0
4. Click Send Reminder (top right) or tick specific coaches → Send to Selected
5. Optional: customize the reminder message
6. Send — email + WhatsApp (if enabled) fires to selected coaches

What the reminder says

• Cycle name + deadline
• Number of trainees the coach still needs to score
• Direct link to the coach's assessment dashboard for this cycle

Auto-reminders

If you don't want to chase manually, enable auto-reminders:

• Assessments → Cycles → open cycle → Settings
• Toggle Auto-reminders on
• Set schedule: e.g. "3 days before deadline" and "1 day before deadline"
• Save

AAU Club Manager then fires reminders automatically to any coach with pending scores.

Per-coach status view

• Completion tab shows each coach with:
• Total trainees assigned
• Scored
• Pending
• Submission %
• Click a coach row → see the specific trainees still un-scored

Escalate

If a coach ignores multiple reminders: - Cycle → Coach row → Reassign → move that coach's trainees to another available coach - The unassigned coach can no longer score; their pending trainees now belong to the new coach

Langkah

1. Menu sisi → Assessments → Cycles → buka cycle
2. Completion tab → filter Pending > 0
3. Send Reminder atau tanda spesifik → Send to Selected
4. Custom mesej (optional) → Send

Email + WhatsApp (jika enable) dihantar.

Auto-reminders

Cycle → Settings → toggle Auto-reminders → set schedule (cth. 3 hari + 1 hari sebelum deadline).

Status per jurulatih

Completion tab tunjuk: total, scored, pending, %.

Klik row jurulatih → pelatih spesifik yang belum diskor.

Escalate

Reassign pelatih coach yang enggan ke coach lain.
