How session reminders work

AAU Club Manager reminds people about training sessions automatically. Reminders arrive as a notification in the Android app and in the bell on the website.

What is sent

Parents, trainees and members

• The evening before (8pm): who has training tomorrow, the time and the venue.
• 2 hours before the session starts.

Coaches

• The evening before (8pm): the session they coach tomorrow.
• 2 hours before the session starts.
• Attendance not marked: an hour after the session ends, only if nobody was marked present. If the session has no coach, the club admin gets it.

Nothing is sent between 10pm and 7am. A 6am session only gets the evening reminder. Cancelled sessions get no reminders, and a child who was already excused from a session is not reminded about it.

If a session's date or time changes, the reminders are sent again for the new time.

Email for people without the app

People who don't use the Android app (including iPhone users) get the evening reminder and the attendance-not-marked reminder by email. The 2-hour reminder is only sent in the app.

Cancelled or changed sessions are also emailed to people without the app.

Club admin: switch reminders on or off

1. Go to Settings → Session Reminders.
2. Turn each reminder on or off. They are all on to start with.
3. Tap Save.

Absence notices

The night after a session, families whose child was not marked present get "(name) was marked absent". This is only sent when the coach took attendance (at least one person was marked present), so families are never told their child was absent just because attendance was not marked.

Cara peringatan sesi berfungsi

AAU Club Manager menghantar peringatan sesi latihan secara automatik, sebagai notifikasi dalam aplikasi Android dan di loceng laman web.

Apa yang dihantar

Ibu bapa, pelatih dan ahli

• Malam sebelumnya (8 malam): siapa ada latihan esok, masa dan tempat.
• 2 jam sebelum sesi bermula.

Jurulatih

• Malam sebelumnya (8 malam): sesi yang mereka latih esok.
• 2 jam sebelum sesi bermula.
• Kehadiran belum ditanda: sejam selepas sesi tamat, hanya jika tiada sesiapa ditanda hadir. Jika sesi tiada jurulatih, admin kelab yang menerimanya.

Tiada apa-apa dihantar antara 10 malam dan 7 pagi. Sesi yang dibatalkan tidak menerima peringatan, dan anak yang sudah diberi pengecualian untuk sesi itu tidak diingatkan.

E-mel untuk yang tiada aplikasi

Pengguna tanpa aplikasi Android (termasuk pengguna iPhone) menerima peringatan malam sebelumnya dan peringatan kehadiran melalui e-mel. Sesi yang dibatalkan atau ditukar juga dihantar melalui e-mel.

Admin kelab: hidupkan atau matikan

1. Pergi ke Settings → Session Reminders.
2. Hidupkan atau matikan setiap peringatan. Semuanya hidup pada mulanya.
3. Tekan Save.

Notis tidak hadir

Malam selepas sesi, keluarga yang anaknya tidak ditanda hadir menerima "(nama) ditanda tidak hadir". Ia hanya dihantar jika jurulatih mengambil kehadiran (sekurang-kurangnya seorang ditanda hadir).
