How the session sign-out flow works

Sign-out is a "leaving safety" feature — records when a trainee left the venue and (optionally) who collected them.

Why it matters

• Legal / safeguarding: proves the child was collected by an authorised guardian
• Insurance: exact leave time on record if an incident happens after
• Parents: peace of mind

How it works

At end of a session, one of these happens:

Coach signs out trainees

1. Session detail → Attendance section → each trainee row has Sign Out button
2. Coach taps for each child as they leave
3. Optional: select who collected them (parent / guardian / self)

Parent confirms pickup

1. Parent gets a WhatsApp/SMS/notification: "Confirm you picked up "
2. Tap the link → Confirm Pickup
3. Timestamp recorded

Trainee self sign-out (older kids)

1. Trainee opens portal → My Attendance → today → Sign Out
2. Confirms they're leaving on their own

Incomplete sign-outs

If a session ends and some trainees weren't signed out:

• AAU Club Manager runs a cron 1 hour after the session's end time
• Marks trainees still not signed out as Signout Incomplete and notifies parents + coach
• Attendance → Sign-Out Report shows all incomplete records

Admin: mark incomplete

• Sidebar → Attendance → Sign-Out Report → filter Incomplete
• Bulk mark as signed out with a note (e.g. Coach forgot to check)

Configure per club

• Club Settings → Attendance → toggle Require sign-out on/off
• Delay before auto-flagging — how many minutes after session end (default 60)
• Notify parent to confirm — email + WhatsApp

Cara flow sign-out sesi

Rekod bila pelatih tinggal venue + siapa jemput. Untuk keselamatan + insurans.

Cara

Jurulatih sign out

1. Page sesi → Sign Out setiap pelatih
2. Pilih siapa jemput

Ibu bapa confirm

Dapat WhatsApp/notifikasi — tap link → Confirm Pickup.

Pelatih sendiri (usia besar)

Portal → My Attendance → today → Sign Out.

Tak lengkap

Cron 1 jam selepas sesi tanda Signout Incomplete + notifikasi.

Admin: Attendance → Sign-Out Report → filter Incomplete → bulk mark.

Club Settings → Attendance: - Require sign-out - Delay (default 60 minit) - Notify parent to confirm
