How to set up online payment (ToyyibPay / Billplz)

AAU Club Manager supports three ways for parents to pay:

• Bank transfer — you show the account number; parent uploads their bank slip
• QR code — you upload a DuitNow / TnG QR; parent uploads their receipt
• Online gateway — parent pays directly by card / FPX / e-wallet, funds land in your gateway account. ToyyibPay and Billplz are supported.

You can enable any combination. Online gateway is optional but strongly recommended for busy clubs.

Where to configure

Sidebar → Billing → Settings (/billing/settings/)

Bank transfer (simplest)

1. Toggle Enable bank transfer → on
2. Fill in: - Bank name (e.g. Maybank) - Account name (e.g. Bees Football Club) - Account number - Payment instructions — any note you want parents to see (e.g. Include child's name in reference)
3. Save

QR payment (DuitNow / TnG)

1. Toggle Enable QR payment → on
2. Upload the QR image (PNG or JPG)
3. Add instructions (e.g. Scan with any Malaysian banking app)
4. Save

ToyyibPay (online gateway — recommended for MY clubs)

You need a ToyyibPay account first — sign up at https://toyyibpay.com/

1. In ToyyibPay dashboard → Settings → Secret Key → copy your Secret Key.
2. Create a Category in ToyyibPay dashboard → copy its Category Code.
3. Back in AAU Club Manager → Billing → Settings → scroll to ToyyibPay: - Toggle Enable ToyyibPay → on - Paste Secret Key - Paste Category Code - Sandbox mode — keep on until you've tested with a small live payment; then turn off for production - Payment channel — 2 = both FPX and card (recommended) - Transaction fees — leave defaults unless ToyyibPay quoted you different rates
4. Save

Test flow: parent → invoice → Pay Now → gets redirected to ToyyibPay → pays → returns to AAU Club Manager with Paid status.

Billplz (alternative)

Similar setup. Get your API key and Collection ID from your Billplz dashboard.

1. Toggle Enable Billplz → on
2. Paste API key
3. Paste Collection ID
4. Paste X-Signature (from Billplz account → API settings)
5. Sandbox mode — same rule as ToyyibPay
6. Save

Testing

1. Log in as a parent (or use an incognito browser)
2. Open an invoice → Pay Now
3. Choose the gateway → complete the payment
4. You should land back on AAU Club Manager with a green "Payment received" banner
5. Check the admin Payments list — a verified payment should appear automatically

If nothing appears: check the webhook — under Billing → Settings there's usually a "Webhook URL" that must match what's registered in ToyyibPay/Billplz.

Cara setup pembayaran online (ToyyibPay / Billplz)

Untuk Admin Kelab

AAU Club Manager sokong tiga cara ibu bapa boleh bayar:

• Pindahan bank — anda tunjuk no. akaun; ibu bapa upload slip
• Kod QR — anda upload QR DuitNow / TnG; ibu bapa upload resit
• Gateway online — ibu bapa bayar terus (card / FPX / e-wallet). ToyyibPay dan Billplz disokong.

Menu sisi → Billing → Settings (/billing/settings/)

Pindahan bank

1. Toggle Enable bank transfer → on
2. Isikan nama bank, nama akaun, no. akaun, arahan pembayaran
3. Save

QR (DuitNow / TnG)

1. Toggle Enable QR payment → on
2. Upload gambar QR
3. Tambah arahan
4. Save

ToyyibPay (disyorkan untuk kelab MY)

Perlu akaun ToyyibPay dulu — daftar di https://toyyibpay.com/

1. Dari dashboard ToyyibPay → dapatkan Secret Key dan Category Code
2. Di AAU Club Manager → Billing → Settings → ToyyibPay: - Toggle Enable ToyyibPay → on - Tampal Secret Key dan Category Code - Sandbox mode — biar on dulu untuk test - Payment channel — 2 (FPX + card)
3. Save

Billplz

Sama seperti ToyyibPay tapi guna API Key, Collection ID, dan X-Signature dari dashboard Billplz.

Test

1. Log masuk sebagai ibu bapa
2. Buka invois → Pay Now
3. Pilih gateway → lengkapkan bayaran
4. Sepatutnya kembali ke AAU Club Manager dengan status Paid
