How to create a product (physical or digital)

Physical product

Example: club jersey.

  1. Sidebar → Shop → Manage → Products → Create Product
  2. Fill in: - Name — e.g. Club Jersey 2026 - Category — pick from your shop categories (create one first if needed) - Type — Physical - Description — rich text; include size chart, care instructions - Price — base RM
  3. Variants (optional but common): - Attributes: Size (XS, S, M, L, XL), Color (Home / Away) - Each combination becomes a variant with its own SKU, stock level, and optional price override
  4. Images — upload 3-6 photos; drag to reorder; first is thumbnail
  5. Inventory: - Track stock — toggle on; enter starting quantity per variant - Low-stock alert — email admin when stock drops below N - Allow oversell — off means customers can't order out-of-stock items
  6. Shipping: - Weight — kg (for courier rate calc) - Dimensions — cm (L × W × H)
  7. Publish — product goes live in the storefront

Digital product

Example: training plan PDF, video pack, ebook.

  1. Same starting steps → Type: Digital
  2. Upload the file(s): - PDF, ZIP, MP4 supported - Multiple files allowed (customer downloads all)
  3. Download settings: - Download limit — e.g. 5× per purchase (prevents sharing) - Link expiry — days from purchase (e.g. 30) - Watermark — optional PDF watermark with buyer's name
  4. Preview — optional preview image / video snippet for the storefront
  5. Publish

Bundles

Combine physical + digital into a bundle: 1. Products → Create Bundle 2. Add existing products to the bundle → set bundle price (usually discounted vs individual sum) 3. Customer receives all items on purchase

Duplicate

For similar products (e.g. same jersey different year), open source → Duplicate → rename → save.

Draft

Save as Draft if not ready to publish. Only admin sees drafts.

Cara cipta produk (fizikal atau digital)

Fizikal

  1. Shop → Manage → Products → Create Product
  2. Isi: nama, kategori, Type = Physical, description, harga
  3. Variants: Size (XS-XL), Color — setiap kombinasi = SKU, stok, harga
  4. Images: 3-6 gambar; drag untuk susun; pertama = thumbnail
  5. Inventory: track stok, low-stock alert, oversell
  6. Shipping: berat (kg), dimensi (cm)
  7. Publish

Digital

  1. Type = Digital → upload fail (PDF/ZIP/MP4)
  2. Download settings: had 5×, expiry 30 hari, watermark
  3. Preview optional
  4. Publish

Bundle

Products → Create Bundle — gabungan produk sedia ada, harga bundle biasanya diskaun.

Duplicate

Sumber → Duplicate — untuk produk serupa.

Draft

Save as Draft — hanya admin nampak.
