How to run the club shop

The shop lets you sell physical items (jerseys, boots, water bottles) and digital items (training plans, video packs) to parents.

Enable the shop

1. Sidebar → Shop → Manage → Settings
2. Toggle Shop enabled on
3. Set: - Currency — usually MYR - Shipping options — pickup at branch, delivery, etc. - Payment methods — same gateways as billing
4. Save

Add product categories

1. Shop → Manage → Categories → Create Category (e.g. Apparel, Equipment, Digital)
2. Save

Add products

1. Shop → Manage → Products → Create Product
2. Fill in: - Name, description, price - Category - Type — Physical or Digital - Physical: stock quantity, sizes/variants - Digital: upload file(s) that will be delivered on purchase - Photos
3. Publish

Orders

• Shop → Manage → Orders — every order with status (Paid / Pending / Shipped / Delivered)
• Click an order → mark as Shipped (adds tracking info) or Delivered

Parent view

• Sidebar → Shop → browse products, add to cart, checkout
• Digital items — download link emailed on payment
• Physical — parent picks pickup location or provides delivery address
• Order history at My Orders

Enable

1. Menu sisi → Shop → Manage → Settings
2. Toggle Shop enabled → set currency, shipping, payment methods
3. Save

Kategori + produk

1. Manage → Categories → Create Category
2. Manage → Products → Create Product - Fizikal: stok, saiz/variant - Digital: upload fail
3. Publish

Order

• Manage → Orders — semua order
• Klik → tanda Shipped atau Delivered

Ibu bapa

• Menu sisi → Shop — layari, cart, checkout
• Digital: link download email
• Fizikal: pickup atau delivery
• My Orders — sejarah
