Terms of Service: where to read them and what they cover

AAU Club Manager has public Terms of Service (terms and conditions, T&C, user agreement) at /privacy/terms/. The short link /terms/ opens the same page. Anyone can read it without signing in, in English or Bahasa Melayu (use the buttons at the top of the page).

What the terms cover

• Who runs the platform: AAU DIGITAL CONNECT SERVICES, Malaysia
• Accounts: keep your details correct and your password private. Children under 18 use the platform through a parent or guardian.
• Clubs: the club is responsible for its members, its own club terms and its fees. The club is the data controller for its members' data (see the Data Processing Agreement).
• Platform fees for clubs: free up to the user limit on the pricing page, then a monthly subscription, plus add-ons such as an own website domain or WhatsApp message credits. Unpaid invoices can lead to limited access until paid. Paid platform fees are not refundable unless the law requires it or we charged in error.
• Club fees and online payments: the club sets its fees and decides refunds. Online payments go through Billplz, Stripe or ToyyibPay. We never store card numbers.
• The Android app (AAU Sports Club Manager on Google Play), acceptable use, your content, the AI help assistant, closing an account, liability, and Malaysian law.

To ask for a refund of a club fee, contact your club. For questions about the terms themselves, use the email address shown at the top of the terms page.

For the superadmin

• Platform Settings → Terms of Service URL can stay empty: sign-up pages then link to the built-in page. Fill it only if you host your own terms somewhere else.
• For Google Play Console (the Terms of Service link for traders), paste https://aauclubmanager.com/privacy/terms/.
• The wording lives in docs/compliance/TERMS_OF_SERVICE.md (English) and docs/compliance/TERMS_OF_SERVICE.ms.md (Bahasa Melayu). Change both together, and update the version and effective date at the top.

AAU Club Manager mempunyai Terma Perkhidmatan (terma dan syarat, T&C, perjanjian pengguna) awam di /privacy/terms/. Pautan pendek /terms/ membuka halaman yang sama. Sesiapa sahaja boleh membacanya tanpa log masuk, dalam Bahasa Melayu atau English (guna butang di bahagian atas halaman).

Apa yang terkandung

• Siapa yang mengendalikan platform: AAU DIGITAL CONNECT SERVICES, Malaysia
• Akaun: pastikan maklumat anda betul dan kata laluan dirahsiakan. Kanak-kanak bawah 18 tahun menggunakan platform melalui ibu bapa atau penjaga.
• Kelab: kelab bertanggungjawab atas ahlinya, terma kelabnya sendiri dan yurannya. Kelab ialah pengawal data bagi data ahlinya (lihat Perjanjian Pemprosesan Data).
• Yuran platform untuk kelab: percuma sehingga had pengguna di halaman harga, kemudian langganan bulanan, serta tambahan seperti domain laman web sendiri atau kredit mesej WhatsApp. Invois yang tidak dibayar boleh menyebabkan akses dihadkan sehingga dibayar. Yuran platform yang telah dibayar tidak dikembalikan kecuali jika undang-undang menghendakinya atau kami tersilap caj.
• Yuran kelab dan bayaran dalam talian: kelab menetapkan yuran dan memutuskan bayaran balik (refund). Bayaran dalam talian melalui Billplz, Stripe atau ToyyibPay. Kami tidak menyimpan nombor kad.
• Aplikasi Android (AAU Sports Club Manager di Google Play), penggunaan yang dibenarkan, kandungan anda, pembantu AI, penutupan akaun, liabiliti dan undang-undang Malaysia.

Halaman berkaitan: Notis Privasi (/privacy/notice/) menerangkan cara data peribadi digunakan. Selepas log masuk, menu Privasi & Data (/privacy/) ialah tempat untuk mengurus persetujuan anda, memuat turun salinan data anda, atau meminta akaun anda dipadam.

Untuk meminta bayaran balik yuran kelab, hubungi kelab anda. Untuk soalan tentang terma itu sendiri, guna alamat e-mel di bahagian atas halaman terma.

Untuk superadmin

• Platform Settings → Terms of Service URL boleh dibiarkan kosong: halaman pendaftaran akan memaut ke halaman terbina dalam. Isi hanya jika anda menyimpan terma sendiri di tempat lain.
• Untuk Google Play Console (pautan Terma Perkhidmatan bagi pedagang/trader), tampal https://aauclubmanager.com/privacy/terms/.
• Teksnya ada di docs/compliance/TERMS_OF_SERVICE.md (English) dan docs/compliance/TERMS_OF_SERVICE.ms.md (Bahasa Melayu). Ubah kedua-duanya bersama, dan kemas kini versi serta tarikh berkuat kuasa di bahagian atas.
