Tournament guests

A tournament can take guests: players who are not in any club that can join it. Guests sign up for an account (a parent signs up for a player under 18), pay the entry fee online and receive certificates, but they are not members of your club.

Accept guests in a tournament

1. Create or edit the tournament and turn on Allow self-registration
2. Under Who can join, turn on Also accept guests
3. Save, then open the tournament and click Copy guest sign-up link. Share it, or share the tournament's public page: its Join button offers Join as guest next to I'm in a club.

What a guest does

• Opens the link and clicks Create account. A parent chooses Parent; a player 18 or over can sign up as themselves.
• After verifying their email and completing their profile, they come back to the tournament. A parent clicks Add a child, then registers the child.
• Players under 18 can only be registered by a parent.

Approving guests

• Every guest entry waits for you under Manage Participants, marked Guest, even when entries from other clubs are approved automatically.
• When you approve, the entry fee is invoiced and the guest pays online with the payment methods you allowed for the tournament.
• Certificates for the tournament include approved guests.

Member and network discounts

• In the tournament's entry fee section, set Discount for our members and Discount for network clubs (percent).
• The discount is taken off each entry-fee invoice and shown on it. Guests always pay the full amount.

Your guest list

• Sidebar → Tournaments & Events → Tournament Guests (/tournaments/guests/)
• Every guest you have approved, with their contact and tournaments. Guests stay on the list for your next tournament.
• Guests have no sessions, attendance, categories or fees, and do not count towards your plan's member limit.
• Upgrade to member enrols the guest in your club as a normal member. Normal member fees then apply.

Tetamu kejohanan

Kejohanan boleh terima tetamu: pemain yang bukan ahli mana-mana kelab yang boleh menyertainya. Tetamu daftar akaun (ibu bapa daftar untuk pemain bawah 18 tahun), bayar yuran secara dalam talian dan terima sijil, tetapi bukan ahli kelab anda.

Terima tetamu

1. Cipta atau edit kejohanan, hidupkan Allow self-registration
2. Di bawah Who can join, hidupkan Also accept guests
3. Buka kejohanan → Copy guest sign-up link dan kongsikan pautan itu, atau kongsi halaman awam kejohanan: butang Join menawarkan Join as guest.

Lulus tetamu

• Setiap penyertaan tetamu menunggu kelulusan anda di Manage Participants (tanda Guest).
• Selepas lulus, yuran diinvoiskan dan tetamu bayar dalam talian.

Senarai tetamu

• Menu sisi → Tournaments & Events → Tournament Guests (/tournaments/guests/)
• Tetamu tiada sesi, kehadiran atau yuran, dan tidak dikira dalam had ahli pelan anda.
• Upgrade to member mendaftarkan tetamu sebagai ahli biasa.
