Tournament registration form and Join button

Ask registrants your own questions when they register for a tournament (school name, T-shirt size, Rankedin ID, race, meal choice), and let anyone join from the tournament's public page.

Add your own questions

1. Create or edit the tournament → Additional Registration Form card
2. Turn on Require additional form
3. Click Add field for each question. There is no limit. For each one choose: - Type: Short text, Long text, Dropdown (pick one), Checkboxes (pick any), Yes / No, Number or Date - Options: for Dropdown and Checkboxes, type the choices separated by commas, e.g. XS, S, M, L, XL - On: switch a question off to stop asking it without deleting it (handy for next year's tournament) - Required: tick if the registrant must answer; leave it unticked for optional questions - Help text: an optional hint shown under the question
4. Save

Turning Require additional form off stops the whole form but keeps your questions.

Federation / player IDs vs form questions

• Require federation / player IDs (Registration Requirements) checks that the player already has that ID saved on their profile. Use it for IDs the player keeps for every tournament (MySPIN ID, WSF ID).
• Anything that is only for this tournament (school name, school code, T-shirt size) belongs in the form. Under the federation IDs box, Move these to the form turns the labels into required short-text questions in one click.

Seeing the answers

• Manage Participants → View form answers under each registrant
• Export participants → the Custom registration form answers group adds one column per question

The Join button on the public page

When self-registration is open, the tournament's public page shows a Join button.

• A visitor who is not signed in chooses I'm in a club (signs in, then sees their children or themselves) or Join as guest (only when Also accept guests is on; see the tournament guests guide).
• Who counts as "in a club" follows Who can join: your club only, your club and the clubs under it, or the whole network. A player from a club outside that cannot register as a member.
• A signed-in parent, trainee, member or coach goes straight to the registration page.
• There is no search by member name on the public page, so children's names are never shown to the public. Members sign in and their own children are listed.

Borang pendaftaran kejohanan dan butang Join

Tanya soalan anda sendiri semasa pendaftaran kejohanan (nama sekolah, saiz baju, ID Rankedin, bangsa, pilihan makanan), dan benarkan sesiapa sertai dari halaman awam kejohanan.

Tambah soalan sendiri

1. Cipta atau edit kejohanan → kad Additional Registration Form
2. Hidupkan Require additional form
3. Klik Add field untuk setiap soalan (tiada had). Untuk setiap satu pilih: - Jenis: Short text, Long text, Dropdown (pilih satu), Checkboxes (pilih mana-mana), Yes / No, Number atau Date - Options: untuk Dropdown dan Checkboxes, taip pilihan dipisahkan koma, cth XS, S, M, L, XL - On: matikan soalan untuk berhenti bertanya tanpa memadamnya - Required: tanda jika wajib dijawab; biarkan kosong untuk soalan pilihan - Help text: petunjuk pilihan di bawah soalan
4. Save

Mematikan Require additional form menghentikan seluruh borang tetapi soalan anda disimpan.

ID persekutuan berbanding soalan borang

• Require federation / player IDs menyemak ID yang sudah disimpan dalam profil pemain (MySPIN ID, WSF ID).
• Maklumat untuk kejohanan ini sahaja (nama sekolah, kod sekolah, saiz baju) patut dimasukkan dalam borang. Butang Move these to the form menukar label tersebut kepada soalan wajib dengan satu klik.

Melihat jawapan

• Manage Participants → View form answers bagi setiap pendaftar
• Export participants → kumpulan Custom registration form answers menambah satu lajur bagi setiap soalan

Butang Join di halaman awam

Apabila pendaftaran sendiri dibuka, halaman awam kejohanan memaparkan butang Join.

• Pelawat yang belum log masuk memilih I'm in a club (log masuk, kemudian anak-anak atau diri sendiri disenaraikan) atau Join as guest (hanya jika Also accept guests dihidupkan).
• Siapa yang dikira "dalam kelab" mengikut tetapan Who can join: kelab anda sahaja, kelab anda dan kelab di bawahnya, atau seluruh rangkaian.
• Ibu bapa, pelatih, ahli atau jurulatih yang sudah log masuk terus ke halaman pendaftaran.
• Tiada carian nama ahli di halaman awam supaya nama kanak-kanak tidak didedahkan kepada umum. Ahli log masuk dan anak mereka disenaraikan sendiri.
