How AAU Club Manager platform pricing works

AAU Club Manager charges your club a monthly fee based on how many active users (trainees + members + coaches) you have. Small clubs pay nothing; larger clubs pay tier-based rates.

How it works

• Free tier — up to 30 billable users, free forever
• Paid tiers — kick in automatically once you cross 30 users. Rate depends on the packages your platform offers.
• Billing runs monthly on the 1st, using your active user count from the previous month.

Where to check

• Sidebar → Subscriptions → Dashboard — see current tier, active user count, next invoice date, invoice history
• Sidebar → Subscriptions → Billing — payment history + subscription status

Who counts as a billable user?

• Active trainees (is_active=True and enrolled in at least one category)
• Active members
• Active coaches
• Deactivated / soft-deleted users are NOT counted — the deactivate flow is designed to stop the meter

First month promotion

Some platforms offer a first-paid-month-free promotion — check your subscription dashboard.

Auto-upgrade

If your user count crosses a tier boundary mid-month, you'll auto-upgrade at the next billing cycle (1st of the month). No immediate charge.
