How to upload post-tournament reports and attachments

After a tournament ends, upload the official report, match photos, video highlights, and any documentation — for archive, sharing, and to make the tournament page richer.

Add a report

1. Tournament detail → Reports tab → Add Report
2. Fill in: - Title — e.g. Post-Tournament Report, Coaches' Debrief, Referee Notes - Description - Upload — PDF, DOCX, or link
3. Save — report appears in the Reports tab, visible per your visibility settings

Add attachments (photos, videos)

1. Tournament detail → Attachments tab → Add Attachment
2. Types supported: - Image (JPG, PNG) — auto-thumbnailed - Video file (MP4) - Video link (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook) - Document (PDF, DOCX, ZIP)
3. Optional: add caption, tag participants (their profile will show they were in this)
4. Toggle Feature on slider — appears in the tournament's photo slider on public page

Bulk upload

• Attachments → Bulk Upload → drag-drop up to 50 files at once
• AAU Club Manager uploads to Cloudinary in background; you can leave the page

Visibility

Per attachment / report: - Public — visible to anyone (tournament public page) - Members only — logged-in club members - Admin only — internal

Delete

• Attachment / report → 🗑️ button
• Files removed from storage; database record kept for audit
• Bulk delete available

Reorder for slider

• Attachments → drag rows to change slider order
• Toggle featured — control which appear vs which are just in the gallery
