How parents upload their child's IC

Uploading your child's IC (MyKad / birth cert / passport) speeds up club approval and unlocks tournament registrations that require verified ID.

Steps

1. Parent portal → My Children → open child
2. See a yellow IC Required banner if not yet uploaded
3. Click Upload IC
4. Take photos or upload files: - IC front — the side with photo + IC number - IC back — the side with address - JPG / PNG / PDF supported
5. Submit

Status shows Uploaded – Awaiting Review. Club admin reviews within a few days (or same-day for active clubs).

Auto-extraction

AAU Club Manager attempts to auto-read the IC number, DOB, and gender from MyKad photos. If successful, those fields auto-fill on the trainee profile (you can still override).

What if the club rejects?

• You get an email with the reason (e.g. Photo blurry, Wrong side of IC)
• Portal shows Reupload Required
• Click Reupload IC → follow the same flow with corrected photos

Privacy

• IC images are encrypted at rest and only visible to club admins + your own account
• Coaches and other parents cannot see them
• Delete on request — contact your club admin

Cara ibu bapa upload IC anak

1. Portal → My Children → buka anak
2. Nampak banner kuning IC Required? Klik Upload IC
3. Ambil / upload gambar: - IC depan (photo + no. IC) - IC belakang (alamat) - JPG / PNG / PDF
4. Submit

Status: Uploaded – Awaiting Review. Admin review dalam beberapa hari.

Auto-extract

AAU Club Manager cuba baca no. IC, DOB, gender dari MyKad. Jika berjaya, auto-isi field pada profil.

Ditolak?

Email beritahu sebab (blur, sisi salah). Portal tunjuk Reupload Required. Klik Reupload IC.
