Short video tutorials show each part of AAU Club Manager step by step, with an English line and a Bahasa Melayu line on every slide.

Watch them

• Signed in: Sidebar → Help & Tutorials (/help/). The Video tutorials section at the top shows the ones for your role: club admins see the club admin and HQ videos, coaches see the coach videos, parents see the parent videos, and so on. All roles opens the full list.
• Not signed in: open /guides/videos/ on the AAU Club Manager website. It lists every tutorial grouped by role (Club admin, HQ, Staff, Coach, Parent, Trainee, Member, Everyone). The Help guides page (/guides/) links to it too.
• Tap a tutorial to play it. Use the arrows to move through the slides, or the full-screen button to watch it bigger.
• Share the page link with parents or coaches who need it. Nobody needs an account to watch.

Add or update a tutorial (superadmin)

1. In Canva, open the tutorial and go to Share → Public view link, turn it on and copy the link. It looks like https://www.canva.com/design/<id>/<code>/view.
2. Open Admin → Tutorial videos (/admin/tutorials/tutorialvideo/).
3. Paste the link in the Canva link column, tick Published and press Save. Plays? shows a tick once the link is one that can play.
4. To add a new one, press Add tutorial video, fill in the English and Malay titles, pick who it is for (Audience) and set the Order.

A tutorial only shows when it is published and its link is a Canva public view link. An edit link or a short canva.link link won't play. Changes made later in Canva show up on the page by themselves.

Tutorial video ringkas menunjukkan setiap bahagian AAU Club Manager langkah demi langkah, dengan baris Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu pada setiap slaid.

• Sudah log masuk: Menu sisi → Help & Tutorials (/help/). Bahagian Video tutorials di atas menunjukkan tutorial untuk peranan anda. All roles membuka senarai penuh.
• Belum log masuk: buka /guides/videos/ di laman web AAU Club Manager. Semua tutorial disusun ikut peranan. Halaman Help guides (/guides/) juga ada pautan ke situ.
• Tekan tutorial untuk menonton. Guna anak panah untuk beralih slaid, atau butang skrin penuh untuk tonton lebih besar.
• Kongsi pautan halaman dengan ibu bapa atau jurulatih. Tiada akaun diperlukan untuk menonton.
• Superadmin: dalam Canva, Share → Public view link, salin pautan. Kemudian Admin → Tutorial videos (/admin/tutorials/tutorialvideo/), tampal pautan di lajur Canva link, tanda Published dan tekan Save.
