How to view financial reports

Financial reports show your revenue, outstanding invoices, and payment method breakdowns.

Access

• Sidebar → Billing → Reports

Report types

• Revenue — invoiced vs collected vs outstanding, by month
• By fee type — how much came from Registration vs Monthly vs Tournament fees
• By payment method — cash vs online gateway vs bank transfer breakdown
• Outstanding — every unpaid invoice, sorted by days overdue
• Refunds & waivers — audit trail of every cancel/waive/refund

Filters

• Date range (this month, quarter, year, custom)
• Category
• Trainee
• Payment method
• Invoice status

Export

• Export CSV / Export Excel on every report

Dashboard tiles

Your club admin dashboard shows the top-line numbers at a glance: - Total revenue this month - Outstanding balance - Unpaid invoice count - Trend arrows vs last month

Click any tile to drill into the underlying report.

Reconciling with gateway statements

• ToyyibPay / Billplz / Stripe give you their own transaction reports
• AAU Club Manager's By payment method report should match the gateway total for the same period
• Common discrepancies: pending / failed transactions, refunds not yet recorded in AAU Club Manager

Filter: date range, kategori, pelatih, method, status.

Export CSV / Excel.
