How to view tournament reports

Reports aggregate participation, scoring, and awards across one or many tournaments.

Access

• Sidebar → Tournaments → Reports (/tournaments/reports/)

Available reports

• Participation — who played, how often, with grouped view by trainee/category
• Top Scorers — leaderboard across tournaments (uses match goals + free-text scorers combined)
• Awards — every award a trainee has earned
• By trainee — full history for a single trainee across all tournaments

Filter

• Date range (last month / quarter / year / custom)
• Tournament type (Internal / External)
• Category (U8 / U10 / etc.)
• Specific tournament

Export CSV

Each report has an Export CSV button → downloads for use in Excel / Google Sheets.

Parent view

Parents see a trimmed version on the trainee's profile — their child's tournaments, awards, goals. They don't see leaderboards for other trainees.

• Menu sisi → Tournaments → Reports

Report tersedia: - Participation - Top Scorers - Awards - By trainee (sejarah penuh)

Filter: date range, type, category, kejohanan spesifik.

Export CSV untuk analisis dalam Excel.
