Club network (HQ)

Any club can act as an HQ for other clubs, for example a state association over its member clubs. The HQ can view each linked club's activity and finances but can never change anything. It's free: each club keeps its own plan and member count.

Link a club under yours

1. Sidebar → Network → Linked Clubs (/network/)
2. Under Invite a club, enter the other club's code and an optional Message, then Send invitation
3. Their admin must accept. Until then it shows as Waiting for their admin, and you can Withdraw.

Clubs that are already under that club come along automatically, so you see their whole network.

Join an HQ

• Give the HQ's admin your club code (shown on Linked Clubs)
• When the invitation arrives, Linked Clubs shows exactly what the HQ will see. Click Accept or Decline.
• You can Leave HQ at any time. Your plan and member count don't change.

What an HQ sees

• Member, coach and staff numbers; sessions and attendance rates
• Your full Profit & Loss, transactions, outstanding invoices and allowance totals
• Names that appear in those records (for example who paid an invoice)

What an HQ never sees or does

• IC or ID images, medical details, contact details or bank accounts
• Changing anything in your club

Every HQ view is recorded in the audit log.

The HQ Dashboard

• Sidebar → Network → HQ Dashboard (/network/hq/)
• Totals for your network for the period you pick: Members, Sessions, Money in, Money out, Net profit / Net loss, Outstanding invoices
• Clubs compared: one row per club
• Combined Profit & Loss
• Click a club for its details, or Open club (view only) to look around inside it. Nothing can be changed in view-only mode.
• Export the dashboard to Excel

Rangkaian kelab (HQ)

Admin Kelab

Mana-mana kelab boleh jadi HQ untuk kelab lain (contoh: persatuan negeri). HQ boleh lihat aktiviti dan kewangan kelab yang dipautkan, tetapi tidak boleh ubah apa-apa. Percuma: setiap kelab kekal dengan pelan dan bilangan ahli sendiri.

Pautkan kelab di bawah anda

1. Menu sisi → Network → Linked Clubs (/network/)
2. Invite a club: masukkan kod kelab itu → Send invitation
3. Admin kelab itu mesti terima (Accept).

Sertai HQ

• Beri kod kelab anda kepada admin HQ. Bila jemputan sampai, Linked Clubs tunjuk apa yang HQ akan nampak → Accept atau Decline. Boleh Leave HQ bila-bila masa.
• HQ tidak pernah nampak IC, maklumat perubatan, maklumat hubungan atau akaun bank, dan tidak boleh ubah apa-apa.

HQ Dashboard

• Menu sisi → Network → HQ Dashboard (/network/hq/): jumlah ahli, sesi, duit masuk/keluar, untung/rugi dan invois tertunggak bagi semua kelab. Open club (view only) untuk lihat dalam kelab tanpa boleh ubah.
