How to link or unlink a parent to a trainee

When linking is needed
- A trainee was added without a parent account, and now the parent has registered
- Wrong parent was linked (misassignment)
- Adding a co-parent / guardian to an existing family
Link from trainee side
- Sidebar → Trainees → open trainee → Edit
- Scroll to Parent Account card (admin-only)
- Enter the parent's email → Link Parent
- AAU Club Manager finds the parent user + FamilyAccount and attaches the trainee
Link from parent side
- Sidebar → Parents → open parent → Linked Trainees tab
- Add Trainee → search by name / IC / display ID
- Tick trainee → Link
Direct link tool (admin power tool)
- Sidebar → Admin Tools → Link Parent
- Search parent → select from dropdown
- Search trainee → select
- Link — one click

Unlink
- Trainee → Edit → Parent Account → Unlink Parent — detaches. Trainee stays; family invoices stay with the parent.
- Parent → Linked Trainees → 🗑️ on a row — same effect.
Family with multiple guardians
- My Family flow — a parent invites a spouse/second parent
- Both see all children, both can manage billing
- If admin needs to add a guardian: Parents → open parent → Guardians tab → Invite Guardian
Set primary parent
If a family has multiple linked adults, one is designated primary: - Parents → open parent → Set as Primary — invoices, notifications, and audit trail attach to this person
Cara link / unlink ibu bapa dengan pelatih
Bila perlu
- Pelatih tanpa akaun ibu bapa, dan sekarang ibu bapa dah daftar
- Ibu bapa salah dilink
- Tambah wali kedua
Link dari pelatih
- Trainees → buka → Edit
- Scroll ke Parent Account card (admin sahaja)
- Masukkan email ibu bapa → Link Parent
Link dari ibu bapa
Parents → buka → Linked Trainees tab → Add Trainee → cari → tanda → Link.
Alat direct
Admin Tools → Link Parent — cari kedua-dua → Link.
Unlink
- Trainee → Edit → Parent Account → Unlink Parent
- Atau Parent → Linked Trainees → 🗑️
Keluarga dengan ramai wali
Parents → open → Guardians tab → Invite Guardian.
Set primary parent
Parents → open → Set as Primary — invois + notifikasi guna orang ini.
