Parent view
- Portal → My Children → open child → Certificates tab
Sees: - All certificates issued to the child - Both AAU Club Manager-generated (Attendance, Recognition, Tournament) and Externally uploaded - Status (Valid / Revoked / Expired) - Issue date, template, purpose - Download PDF, verification code
Direct link
- Sidebar → My Certificates (
/certificates/my/) — combined view across all your children - Sorted by date, filterable by child or type
Download
- Click any certificate → Download PDF → saved to device
- Certificates auto-emailed when issued; portal is where you retrieve them any time
Verification code
- Every certificate has a code (e.g.
CERT-20260123-ABCDEF) - Share with schools, federations, recruiters who need to verify

Coach view
- Sidebar → My Certificates (
/certificates/coach/)
Sees: - Own certificates (both AAU Club Manager-issued for tournament participation / coaching milestones and Externally uploaded — e.g. FAM Level 2) - Expiry warnings for time-limited certs
Coach's mandatory certs
Some clubs require coaches to keep certain certs current (Safeguarding, First Aid): - Expired mandatory certs flagged red - Coach blocked from being assigned new categories until renewed - Admin gets notified 30 days before expiry
Trainee self view
If trainee has their own login: - Sidebar → My Certificates — sees their own certificates - Same download + verification code flow as parent view
Cara ibu bapa & jurulatih lihat sijil
Ibu bapa
Portal → My Children → buka → Certificates tab.
Nampak: semua sijil (AAU Club Manager + external), status, tarikh, purpose, download PDF, kod verify.
Direct: Menu sisi → My Certificates (gabungan semua anak).
Download
Klik sijil → Download PDF. Auto email semasa issue.
Kod verify
Setiap sijil ada kod. Kongsi untuk sekolah/federasi verify.
Jurulatih
Menu sisi → My Certificates.
Own certs (AAU Club Manager + external). Expiry warnings.
Mandatory certs
Safeguarding, First Aid — expired = red, jurulatih diblok assign kategori baru sehingga renew.
Pelatih sendiri
Ada login → My Certificates — lihat sendiri.
